Our third-party payments platform provider, Easy Payments Plus, is currently experiencing issues with the Captcha verification screen during the Checkout process. The system is currently not letting you proceed past the verify you are not a robot stage. As a result you may not be able to purchase musical tickets, amongst other items.

The issue is being investigated and an update will be posted here once it has been resolved.

You will need an Easy Payments Plus account to buy tickets – existing parents of Castleknock College and Mount Sackville can use the same login as you would normally use for your usual Easy Payments Plus system. If you do not have an EPP account you can set one up during the checkout process. If you run into any difficulty please e-mail events@castleknockcollege.ie with your name, number and a description of the issue or difficulty you are having.
