INCOMING 1^st YEAR STUDENTS

Incoming 1^st Year students to the College will be using a Lenovo Microsoft Windows device from Wriggle Learning. The bundle includes the following:

• An 11.6” Microsoft Windows laptop by Lenovo
• Interactive Stylus
• Protective Case
• 5 Year Warranty including accidental damage – optional insurance is available for loss or theft at an additional cost
• 6 Years of Software Support, Management and Content Filtering from Wriggle Learning
• 6 Years of access to the Wriggle Connect Family online learning platform.

To order your son’s device:

2. Complete the order and make payment via the online store – [link]
3. Your son’s device will be delivered to the College and handed over during their induction week in August.

The deadline to order is 8^th July. After this date a €50 late fee will be charged by Wriggle Learning.

INCOMING 5^th and 6^th YEAR STUDENTS

Our 1:1 device programme is only rolled out to 1^st to 4^th years at present. Your son will not require a device entering into 5^th or 6^th year.

EXISTING STUDENTS MOVING INTO 2^nd or 3^rd YEAR

Please retain your existing iPad. There is nothing further that you will need to do.

EXISTING STUDENTS MOVING INTO 4^th YEAR

Please retain your existing iPad. You will be required to renew the JamF Safe Internet Content Filtering bundle. This will be added to your fees statement for August and will cover the remaining 3 years of your son’s time here.
