May 30 Karate Kid!

Well done to Leon Flanagan (1st year St. Malachys) who entered the National Kantanni karate competition and came 3rd in Kata and 2nd in sparring.

Leon had been six months out of action with a shoulder injury incurred during rugby practice, so this was no small result after only four weeks back at Karate.
