Dec 19 S.L.A.M.

Eleven students from Transition Year are partaking in a 10-week programme in Trinity College on Saturday mornings. It is called SLAM (Student Leadership and Maths) and concentrates on maths activity and personal development (public speaking, organising, team building, teaching maths etc).

Participants are encouraged to set up and run a maths club in their school for the Junior years. Each participant will receive a certificate upon completion of the programme from the School of Education in Trinity.
