Dec 06 Comenius project in Maths

Leargas, the National Agency in Ireland for the management of national and international exchange and cooperation programmes in education, youth and community work, and vocational education and training has written to the college in response to the college’s final report on its recently completed Comenius project in Maths.

An excerpt from this letter reads:

“Your project and the outcomes are exceptional and I’d like to showcase them on the Léargas website. It’s a pleasure to read such a positive and inspiring report. Your project is certainly an example of best practice in the Irish context and I would like to commend all staff and pupils involved.”

Congratulations to all staff members and students who were involved in this two-year collaboration with nine other European schools and the best of luck to those who are now starting a new two-year Comenius project in the use of free computer software in Maths and Science.
